Terms and Conditions

The following are the General Terms and Conditions of Sale for Leforest  (the "Seller") for the sale of its goods (the "Products") to any purchaser (the "Buyer"). 

These terms apply to all sales agreements, regardless of how the agreement is reached, and cover the entire range of products the Seller offers. By making a purchase or placing an order for Products, the Buyer agrees to be fully bound by these terms. Any different or additional provisions, including the Buyer's general terms of business, will only apply if agreed upon in writing by both parties.

The Products offered by the Seller include naturally machined timber and charred wood, painted products (such as terrace decking, external cladding, and frame structures), and other products. These Products can either be standard items available for purchase (the "Standard Products") or custom-made for an individual Buyer (the "Custom Products").

The Seller's current list of Standard Products can be found on their website and is subject to change at the Seller's discretion. Orders for Standard Products must be written via email, including the goods' intended destination and desired delivery date.

The Buyer must contact the Seller to request a quotation for Custom Products. Quotes from the Seller are valid for 30 calendar days unless otherwise stated. Acceptance of a reference by the Buyer constitutes an order for the corresponding Custom Products.

The sales agreement for the Products is finalized when the Seller confirms the order. The Seller must approve or reject the order within seven calendar days. The terms of delivery for the goods will be specified in the order confirmation.

The prices for Standard Products are listed on the Seller's price list, which may vary based on the market, location, and customer type. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time. 

If the Buyer has previously been provided with a price list, the Seller will notify the Buyer at least one month before any price changes. The prices for Custom Products are specified in the individual quotation provided by the Seller.
